"Man-Up for Life" Charity Water Polo Tournament
The 6th Annual "Man-Up for Life" Charity Water Polo Tournament will be held Saturday, August 14th at Schlegel Park in Reading, PA.
Every penny raised gets donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for cancer research. Last year we were able to donate $540. Lets see if we can do better this year. This is the perfect tournament to get a good tune up for the fall season, play some good outdoor water polo, and raise money for a great cause all at the same time! The cost is $20 per player. Checks should be payable to Perkasie Pirates Water Polo Club.
Directions:
From East: Take 422-West, take the US-222 South exit on the LEFT towards Lancaster Ave. Make a LEFT onto US-222 BR and travel approx. 1/4 mile. Make a RIGHT onto Carroll St, and go about 2 blocks (you will go through 2 stop signs) and you will run right into Schlegel Park.
Pre-Season Information
1) Team Expectations: (Things you need to think about over the summer!)
a. Completed Paperwork! These must be completed by the first day of practice on August 16, 2010.
i. Comprehensive Physical Form
ii. PHS Extracurricular Code of Conduct
iii. PIAA Eligibility form
These 3 forms can be found on the high school website
iv. Emergency Contact Card
The emergency contact card will be given out once team selections are made
b. Attitude! We want everyone on the team to want to be part of this team!
Summer Water Polo Clinic @ Holiday House

2010 Summer Water Polo League
Location: Holiday House Recreation Center, Sellersville, PA
Ages: Division I: Middle School Grades 5 to 8
Division II: High School Grades 9 to 12
Dates: June 23, 2010 – August 11, 2010
Times: Division I Monday Nights from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Division II Mon. & Weds. Nights from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Cost: $65 per person payable to: Perkasie Pirates Water Polo Club
(Cost is $35 if you are a current member of American Water Polo)
Registration will be held at Holiday House Pool on Friday, June 11, 2010 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
